Forging equipment

Our equipment is composed of hammers producing 30 KJ to 300KJ and of a screw press of 1600 tons.

Heat treatment

Our items can undergo different heat treatments such as quenching and annealing.

Painting

Meca Stamp International has the option to paint finished pieces and has a specialized paint cabin designed for this purpose.

Machining

In order to propose to our clients semi-finished or finished products, Meca Stamp International has the necessary machining equipment : conventional machines, machining centres, digital towers.

Assembling

In response to client demand Meca Stamp International can provide the option to assemble parts, such as the assembly of rings while still hot.

to the finished piece !

MSI can assist the clients during the product’s conception and production. Our experience aids the client to produce the products economically and helps to ensure that they are most adapted to their needs. The shape of the products is optimized during the die forging process.

• Our expertise helps the client to chose the most adapted raw material at the lowest cost.
• The die forging process is fully simulated before production to optimize the tooling and the necessary manufacturing steps.
